Wickflow Privacy Policy

Wickflow is an iPhone and Apple Watch app published by Smarting Goods ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Wickflow app. Other Smarting Goods products have their own policies.

• You can use Wickflow without an account.
• The app contains no advertising, no analytics software and no third-party trackers.
• Your strategies and settings stay on your device.
• We do not sell your data.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time.

If you do not create an account: nothing that identifies you.

If you create an account: your name, your email address and your password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash. When the account is created we record the time, your IP address and your device's browser or app identifier, to help prevent abuse.

When a signed-in app asks our servers for data (the liquidity and liquidation heatmaps, absorption zones, iceberg levels, open interest and Who is long), our servers see your account, your IP address and the time of the request, as any web server does.

If you set up an alert or switch a strategy on: the alert rule, or the strategy's settings, is stored on our servers so it can be checked while the app is closed, together with your device's push notification token so we can notify you. Deleting an alert or switching the strategy off removes it from what we check; deleting your account deletes them.

If you join the beta list on our website: the email address you enter, so we can send you an invite. Ask us and we will remove it.

Subscriptions are bought through Apple. We never receive your card or payment details. Apple tells the app on your device whether a subscription is active.

The strategies you build, your backtests, your indicator settings and your chart preferences are stored on your iPhone. A strategy is uploaded only when you switch it on to be watched, as described above. What is on your iPhone is removed when you delete the app.

Prices, candles and the live order book are loaded by the app directly from Binance's public market data service. Binance therefore sees your device's IP address, as it would for any visitor. The order-flow, liquidation and positioning layers come from our servers, built from public data on Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid. Wickflow does not connect to an exchange account and holds no exchange credentials.

• To sign you in and serve the data your account requests.
• To send account emails: a welcome and verification message, and password resets when you ask.
• To check your alerts and live strategies and send you push notifications.
• To send occasional news about our products, such as a new Wickflow release or app. Tell us and we will stop.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To answer you when you contact support.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers, and the app shows no ads.

• Google Cloud hosts our servers and database.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Apple delivers push notifications.
• Apple processes App Store purchases under its own privacy policy.

We keep account data for as long as the account exists.

To delete your account, open Menu → Delete Account in the app and confirm with your password. The account, its sign-in records and its tokens are erased immediately. If the account is also used for another Smarting Goods service, the app will ask you to contact us instead, and we will delete it on request.

Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. Email us and we will respond.

Wickflow is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app.
